FFmpeg distribution notice for Archive Witness

Archive Witness invokes ffmpeg and ffprobe as independent command-line programs. Archive
Witness Windows packages include unmodified copies of those two executables from the
following pinned upstream LGPL build:

this build under GNU Lesser General Public License version 3. A verbatim copy
of the license supplied with the binary package is beside this notice as
FFmpeg-LGPL-3.0.txt. Archive Witness does not claim ownership of FFmpeg.

running `Tools/ffmpeg.exe -version`. The original upstream package is retained by
the URL and checksum above. A redistributor should preserve this notice, the
license, and source/build availability, and should perform its own license review
before public distribution.

Archive Witness supports replacement of the bundled programs: set a custom FFmpeg
directory in Settings, or replace both executables in Tools. A replacement pair
must pass Archive Witness's runtime version and probe/full-decode compatibility test
before it can create media-validation evidence.
